I am a passionate ECT trainer, keen to share expertise and to enable clients to learn and use the tools independently. Training can take place at the Technology Centre of central Salzkammergut or at your place.
About Me
From lower Bavaria in south-east Germany, I originally studied the fine skills to make string instruments. This requires detailed work, and precision mechanics, whilst never losing sight of the bigger picture. Arguably these are vital qualities for any programmer.
Even prior to qualifying in 1998 I had begun to work with PHP 3, and ran an independent business developing websites, in particular working with a tourist office to create an accessible and informative portal.
Since 2006 I have been self-employed, working in Bad Ischl. Silverstripe CMS has been a core competency since 2009.
Now I offer my services as a global expert for both PHP and Silverstripe.
My guiding principle? Clear and rigorous solutions every time, alongside strong client relationships.
I have a penchant for complex processes and exotic interfaces, and am always on the look-out for a challenge. My ambitions? Not just to follow the newest trends but to become a better version of myself, every time – as programmer, as entrepreneur and as technical expert.

PHPStan analyzes the code statically. As a result, fewer errors can be hidden.
Quality tools like Lighthouse are annoying. Once you get over it, you have a better website, better ranking in the search engines and more satisfied customers.
I wrote a tool that removes personal data from Silvershop customer data after a certain period of time. This is data protection in action.
